Angela Major Hart, J.D., CFP® has extensive work experience in the financial and legal sectors and has an unparalleled passion for delivering top-tier client service.

Prior to Veridian, Angela served in several demanding, high-level financial positions including Senior Vice President & Wealth Strategist at Northern Trust, as Senior Vice President and Manager of Estates, Complex Assets, and Contested Trusts at First Midwest Bank (now Old National Bank), and most recently, as the Executive Vice President and Head of Wealth Management & Trust at Byline Bank. Through these roles, she honed her expertise in investing, wealth planning, trust and estate administration, and operational oversight – all while serving as a fiduciary and delivering top-tier client service. Earlier in her career, Angela worked as an Associate in the private practice of law and provided legal counsel to clients in estate planning and administration as well as commercial real estate transactions, business law, financing, and land use development.

Throughout her career, Angela has demonstrated expertise in wealth management, trust administration, estate planning, and private assets. Angela's experience spans both the financial and legal aspects of these fields, making her a well-rounded professional.

Angela obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from Eckerd College in 1997 with a focus in Economics and a minor in Anthropology. Angela further pursued her education at the University of Iowa College of Law, where she earned her Doctor of Law (JD) degree with Distinction in 2003. In addition to her academic achievements, Angela Hart is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, which is a premier financial planning designation recognized by the CFP Board.
